Privacy and your information

This page explains how information is handled when you use Marketing Analytics AI Tutors.

Information used by the service

Your selected feedback style and recent conversation context are used to tailor replies. Messaging-channel style preferences may be retained for future conversations.

Your messages, AI responses and basic session information are processed to provide the chat service. Conversation records and service logs may be stored and reviewed for support and troubleshooting. Messaging platforms may also provide account identifiers and display names, so chats should not be assumed to be anonymous.

Please use non-sensitive examples. Do not share personal information about yourself or others, private student work or confidential material.

Service providers and storage

External hosting, messaging and AI providers help operate the service. Relevant chat content is sent to the AI provider, and processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Provider terms may allow retention and model improvement; exclusion of these uses has not been confirmed. See the AI provider's privacy policy.

Closing a chat does not automatically delete its records or backups. Retention varies across the services involved; contact us for information about stored records or deletion requests.

Research participation

Where an activity forms part of a research study, separate participant information explains its data use and your choices. Using this website alone does not mean agreeing to participate in research.

Your questions and rights
